The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was superb, on the edge of the city center. the hotel's close proximity to the train station and city center made travel easy.

Extremely friendly staff and huge rooms, we had a quite comfortable experience. The continental breakfast was tasty and had delicious food. They offered extra bed too. Complimentary drinks, great wifi were a nice surprise;)))

Great experience there. The staff was very pleasant, the hotel was clean and placed in an ancient part of the city close to restaurants, the center and the rail station and the historic center.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! Its location was perfect for me, slightly off the busiest areas, but still right outside the city center. I loved that I was right across from the Saturday market, and could easily walk to the medieval town center. The service was top-notch, and the staff at this venue really went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spotless, with all the amenities I needed, like an ironing board, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

Room was spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast had plenty of healthy options. Had an issue with locating items in the minibar, but staff was helpful. Overall recommend this hotel.
